This initial stage is predominantly carried out by authorities and regulators, working with developers, to assess the technical, environmental, safety and economic feasibility of proposed projects.  

We step in at this stage, to support activities that analyse and select potential site locations and route options, including geological, hydrogeological, geotechnical, and topographical studies. United Living provides consultancy support for pre-FEED, FEED, and early stakeholder engagement.
