Heath Town regeneration project shortlisted for an award at prestigious National Building and Construction Awards

We are delighted to confirm that United Living Property Services (ULPS), in partnership with Wolverhampton Homes, has been shortlisted for an award in this year’s prestigious National Building and Construction Awards.

The ULPS team are finalists in the ‘Project of the Year – Over £25 million’ category. The shortlisting is a testament to the collaborative ethos United Living Property Services, Wolverhampton Homes, and all of our supply chain partners have embodied throughout this project.

United Living and Wolverhampton Homes have been working in partnership for over 14 years to upgrade their housing stock. Through a Strategic Development Partnership, United Living Property Services delivers approximately £15 million per annum worth of new build developments and home improvements to over 6000 properties across the City.

As part of the wider Strategic Development Partnership, United Living Property Services is working collaboratively with Wolverhampton Homes and partners to deliver a £120 million package of regeneration works on the Heath Town Estate (across various phases) in Wolverhampton.
